Wildcat 5K Sponsorships
The Mater Dei Band Boosters are hosting a 5k Walk/Run to benefit the Marching Wildcats. We are looking for race sponsors to offset the expenses that come with hosting a race and increase our profit margins, so more proceeds go to support the more than 200 middle and high school students who participate in the band programs. Mater Dei High School's band programs include marching band, color guard, concert band, pep band, and winter guard.
Race Details:
The race will be held on the morning of Saturday, June 1st. It will be a timed race.
The course will be at Garvin Park.
We are working with Tri-State Fitness, who will assist us with advertising and coordination of the event. Tri-State Fitness is a local company that promotes and organizes various races in the Evansville area, with a proven track record of success.
Our target audience includes but also reaches beyond the Mater Dei community and this includes the audience exposed to your sponsorship.
Sponsorship Benefits
Sponsors will have their logos on the back of race t-shirts and will be acknowledged in various ways depending on the level of sponsorship.
Level 1: $1000 -- Title Sponsor (Limit 1)
Title sponsor recognition in marketing/advertising materials such as the “Wildcat 5k brought to you by [your company name]”
Time to speak before the race to participants
Opportunity to setup a tent/table at race event
Social Media acknowledgements leading up to race day
Your company’s promotional materials included in race packet
Acknowledgement on race day at the event
Logo on the race day t-shirt

Level 2: $250-$999 donation

To be a sponsor you must complete these two steps by April 15, 2024.
1. Complete sponsorship form found at the following link (https://forms.gle/Zssc2cFxpG8e5rMj8). You will be asked for your logo when you complete the form. If you do not have a logo but would still like to sponsor, we will list your name instead.
2. Submit your sponsorship donation either via the PayPal link at the top of the page or by mailing a check to Mater Dei Band Boosters | 1300 Harmony Way, Evansville, IN 47720. Please write 5k Sponsorship in the memo.
